Gluten-free cannoli shells by Lola's

Gluten-free never tasted so good!

Lola's started its gluten-free line at the request of one of our customers. Our goal was to create recipes that tasted as close as possible to the traditional ones that we enjoy. After much trial and error, we've achieved recipes that even our very discerning Italian mothers approve of. As our popularity has grown, we've expanded our gluten free menu to include our most popular recipe – the gluten-free cannoli.

ALL NATURAL INGREDIENTS: Garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, white sorghum flour, fava bean flour, eggs, sugar, butter, marsala wine, and salt. Fried in corn oil. NUT FREE.

Our shells are best eaten within 2 months but may be frozen if you choose to eat them at a later time.
